Please contact us to reserve an event space. $500 deposit required to lock in your event date. Once your deposit is received, we will provide you a detailed estimate. Deposit is 100% refundable if event is cancelled 2 weeks prior to your event date. Deposit is 50% refundable if event is cancelled 1 week prior to your event. Deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled less than 1 week prior to your event.

We offer the option of adding kids meals to your dinner catering. When you have five or more children under the age of 12, we will set up a kids buffet area that included chicken strips, mini corn dogs, fries & fruit. Create a more formal environment by adding plated service for your guests as they are seated. Options available: 1. Ode servers ask each seated guest which option they would like. We then plate the entrees in the 3rd floor kitchen & serve the selection to each guest. 2. Guests make their dinner selection in RSVP form. The party host {you} would then email Ode the list of guest names & selections. Ode will make name cards for each guest with their selection coded for the servers. Guests take their name card to their seat as they arrive. Ode servers serve the entree selection as guests are seated. This option is a little more work on your end, but ensures enough of the most popular entree choice. 3. An Ode host greets each guest as they arrive & ask for their entree selection & gives each guest a color coded card to set at their seat. Ode servers serve the entree selection as guests are seated. This option works best when their is a cocktail hour or presentation prior to dinner being served.
