A graduate from the internationally acclaimed California Culinary Academy, Chef Bob put his talents to use at many top-tier restaurants over the past 20 years including world-renowned Roy’s in Maui and Postrio in San Francisco. Notable career highlights include prepping behind Wolfgang Puck on his show for the Food Network and cooking for a slew of celebrities including President Clinton. Twice. 

In Sioux Falls, he was the Executive Chef at the Washington Pavilion, Saucier at the Westword Ho and the Executive Chef at Hy-Vee. In addition, he introduced Sioux Falls to his deliciousness with in-home Private Chef services, cooking classes & interactive, one-of-a-kind, Chef Bob parties.

Michael Flannery, General Manager

Michael has spent time in nearly every area of food service since his days at O'Gorman High School. He has a way of making all guests feel welcome, meanwhile ensuring ODE runs efficiently. If you're lucky, you might get to see his son spending time with daddy at ODE!

Theresa Flannery Kramer, Catering & Events Manager

Theresa's passion for playing "hostess" started in her early childhood when she would play restaurant with her friends & family members. Since then, her ability to impress your guests with gorgeous food displays & place settings has improved dramatically. No detail will go unattended when she's involved!  Theresa has been assisting Chef Bob with his in home events & caterings since she moved back home to Sioux Falls in 2009.
